We have prepared the following guidelines to assist you in your Spa experience

Spa Reservations:
In order to accommodate all your service choices, may we suggest making your reservation as far in advance as possible, However, we will do our best to accommodate you at any time. A credit card is required to guarantee any spa package at the time of booking.

Age Requirement:
Guests 13 years and over are welcome.

A health form must be signed by a parent or guardian for clients under the age if 18.

Cancellation Policy:
Our hours are your hours and spa services are reserved especially for you, we certainly understand that your plans can change.

Individual Services require a 24 hour notice or 50% charge will be applied.

Spa Packages and multiple services require 72 hour notice or 50% charge will be applied.

Groups of three or more require 7 days notification.

Promptness:
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to get checked in and prepared for your treatment. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed. Full charge will apply. In order the provide the best quality Spa experience, we ask that each guest fill out a health assessment form. This will allow our Spa Therapists and Hair Stylists to be aware of any medical condition that may affect your treatment.

Consideration:
The Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guest by refraining from use of cellular phones and pagers.

Attire:
Spa guests are provided with a robe, slippers, and a locker for your belongings. All jewellery should be removed prior to spa treatments. You may leave these items in your locker, take them into your treatment room, or leave them at home for the day. Lockers rooms will also be supplied with hair products, blow dryers, shower gels and lotion. Estetica Day Spa cannot assume any responsibility for the loss or damage to personal articles.

Payment:
We accept Cash, US currency, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Personal or Company cheques are not accepted. All prices are subject to change. We regret that gratuities cannot be added to any credit card. Gift Certificates are guaranteed for purchased dollar value as service prices my change.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is always appreciated, yet discretionary and based upon the enjoyment of your service experience. You may choose to directly tip your spa technician, hair stylist or opt to use the gratuity envelopes located at the check out desk.
