Reservations

To ensure availability, please make reservations in advance. When making reservations, please notify our day spa concierge team if you have any health conditions that may affect your spa experience.

Groups of 3 or more

We will require a credit card to reserve parties of 3 or more and we will take a 50% deposit 7 days prior to the reservation. If the party room is used, a $50 charge will be added for a room cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team here at Estetica, and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us a minimum of 24 hours should you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Cancellation Fee – a charge of half the service price is applied to all client accounts for appointments without 24 hours notice.

No Show Fee – a charge of 100% of the service is applied to all client accounts for appointments that are no showed.

Late arrivals to appointments – we understand that circumstances beyond our control can result in late arrival to an appointment. As a courtesy to our valued guests, our estheticians and therapists will wait until 15 minutes past the initial booked appointment time. Should you arrive within that 15 min time frame, we will do our best to accommodate you, but could result in the service being shortened to accommodate our next scheduled guests. Once the 15 min grace period has passed, the appointment will automatically be cancelled.

Please be advised that all charges applied to our guests’ accounts must be settled prior to booking future appointments.

Arrival to the Spa

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you please plan on arriving at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check-in, change (if applicable), complete your guest profile and familiarize yourself with Estetica. We would like to remind guests to please leave valuables at home, as Estetica is not responsible for items lost, stolen or misplaced. Delayed arrivals will limit the time of our spa experience. Arriving late to your appointment will shorten your service, and the full price will be charged.

We kindly ask that you refrain from using cellphones and/or pagers while in the spa.

Payments

Estetica accepts payment in the form of cash, major credit cards, Estetica gift cards and if arrangements are made in advance, e-transfer. We also have an ATM machine located in our reception area.

Gift Cards

Estetica gift cards do not expire, and can be used towards any service (with the exception of RMT Massage) or retail purchase. Estetica is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards. Estetica gift cards are transferable, but non-refundable, and can not be used for gratuity or redeemed for cash. The value of the gift card is subject to current pricing as well as our cancellation policy. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service in order to be rendered.

Gratuity

Not included in the price of service or spa packages, gratuities are an appreciation of exceptional service and are always welcomed. Given at your discretion, gratuity envelopes are provide upon checkout. Please note, cash is preferred.

Spa Retail Return Policy

Retail product, including skincare, maybe be returned within 14 days in its original packaging, and un-opened, for a store credit.

At Estetica, we pride ourselves on giving back to our community. Please forward all donation requests to donations@estetica.com. All donations are valid for one year and are non-transferable.
